Ork Pansa/Devo Day 11 October 2022

The Buddha spent his 7th Rains Residence Retreat in the Tavatimsa Heaven to teach the Abdhidhamma (Higher Dhamma) to his late mother Queen Mahamaya, as a mark of gratitude to her. When the Buddha completed the teaching to his mother, he descended from Tavatimsa heaven to earth in Sankassa (Sankissa) City on the last day of the Rains Residence Retreat.
